All about Hethersett
A little about me and Hethersett
Hello my name is Niel Whiting I have lived in Hethersett since 1972 and in Norfolk since 1964 however I do not think that I am a Norfolkman yet. I spent 25 years in the Norfolk Fire service based both in Norwich when it was a borough then with with Norfolk Fire Service. I am a married to my wife Joy we have two children a Son and Daughter who in turn are both married with children. My main hobby now is playing about with computers however this is the only the second web-site that I have had a go at. I thought it would be nice to do an insight to the amenities avian in Hethersett a kind of yellow pages. The village is quite large with a poulation close to 5000 and growing it is located about 6 miles 10 kls from the city of Norwich. Hethersett lies off the old A11 which links up with the New A11 then M11 direct to London and the South. We are 3 Miles from the southern by-pass with easy access to the A47 linking up with the main route to the Midlands. The Village has several amenities and with this in mind follow the links on theleft of this page to view them at leisure. There are many small businesses working from home if I have missed anyone please let me know.
